Oscar is a pound dog who is a lovable white boxer whose day is not complete without a walk in the park (and we go no matter the weather). But he loves warm weather, so he can stick his head out of the window of the car and let his lips flap. We have been stopped and people take pictures of him because of his unique face. He is an all the time fun dog.
