Bailey deserves a makeover and pampering because he's been subject to mommy's grooming, lots of doctor visits, and now an annoying little sister.  Bailey was diagnosed with a birth defect at 3 months. The defect is in his front legs- he has abnormal joints and differing bone lengths.  He also has extreme allergies- including several foods and even grass! He endures shots every 3 weeks because of this.  Mommy is a little protective of him, so she takes care of his grooming (bath, hair clipping, nails). She tries to do it right, but sometimes  makes his hair jagged and funny.  And now he has a little sister- one who jumps on him and slobbers on his hair.  He needs a little TLC!
