Another suspect arrested in death of 72-year-old

HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- Another man has been indicted in the murder of 72-year-old James Rolman.

Hamilton County Prosecutor, Joseph T. Deters, announced the indictment of Jason Brown in addition to Christopher McFerron.  McFerron and Brown have been charged with aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.  McFerron was also charged with one count of failure to comply.

James Rolman was murdered July 25, 2014.  Has the owner of Hirschberg Steel Company and Recycling Center.  Rolman was last seen making a cash withdrawal at the U.S. Bank in Lockland just before noon on the day of his death.  Bank security cameras show McFerron getting into the car with Rolman.

Rolman's body was found inside his car at a closed trucking company on Smalley Road.  He was shot in the back of the head and pronounced dead at the scene.

If convicted, the defendants could serve a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
