Kickball tournament benefits literacy program

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Up to 100 people on ten teams put their kickball skills to the test Sunday to help raise money for a local tutoring program.
It was the City Gospel Mission's second annual "Kickin' it for Whiz Kids" kickball tournament.  Money raised will went toward the organization's one-on-one literacy based mentor program.  The program helps more than 1,000 at risk local children every year.
The tournament ran from 9a.m. to 2p.m. at Washington Park on Elm Street.
