Tri-state native admits to Purdue murder

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A tri-state man accused of killing a student at Purdue University admits to the crime.

Wednesday, August 21st, 2014, Cody Cousins pleaded guilty to murder.  In January Cousins shot and stabbed Andrew Bolt in the electrical engineering building on campus.
In May Cousins' attorney filed a notice that he planned to use an insanity defense and the court approved a request for Cousins to undergo a mental evaluation.
The Springboro High School graduate will be sentenced September.
