Man charged for feeding dog broken razor blades

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WKRC) -- A Kentucky man was arrested for allegedly feeding his neighbor's dog razor blades.
Robert Hamm of Elizabethtown, Hardin County faced animal torture charges.  Police said the 60-year-old hid broken razorblades inside Canadian bacon and then threw them into his neighbor's yard.
The dog was cremated, so they can't prove the razorblades were what killed it.  But, the neighbors found their other dog chewing on the bacon-wrapped razorblades.
Police said Hamme admitted to throwing the meat over the fence.

Jim Stotts, the dead dog's owner, said, "He wanted to kill the dogs. He knew what he was doing. It was just an evil act. There's no rhyme or reason or justification for something like this."

Hamme told officers he put the razorblades in the meat because he was frustrated over the dogs barking.
