Man arrested twice in connection to heroin in 11 days

INDEPENDENCE, Ky. (WKRC) -- There was more evidence of the plague of heroin when a local man was put in jail in connection with his second heroin-related arrest in less than two weeks.

Investigators said Isaac Perry sold the drug to an undercover agent in a subdivision in Independence.  That came just 11 days after Florence police arrested Perry on a heroin trafficking charge.
