19 arrested during drug roundup in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) -- Law enforcement officers in Grant County say they arrested 19 people as part of a drug roundup early Wednesday morning.

The roundup followed an investigation by the Kentucky State Police Detectives. The Grant County Sheriff's office took part in the arrests.

Most of the 19 are charged with drug trafficking. Some face possession charges. Most of the arrested were from Dry Ridge, Crittenden and Williamstown.

Here is the list of those arrested and their charges:

1.    Charles Cox (50), of Crittenden was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the first degree (one count) and trafficking in controlled substance second degree (two counts). 

2.     Eryn Criss (22), of Williamstown was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the first degree (one count).

3.    Jo Ann Matthews (34), of Crittenden was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the first degree (one count). 

4.    Linda Moloney (47), of Crittenden was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the first degree (two counts).

5.    Timothy Kannady (28), of Dry Ridge was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin) in the first degree (two counts).

6.    Anthony Gibson (20), of Dry Ridge was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin) in the first degree (five counts). He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree (Heroin), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from items located at the residence.

7.    Ronald Beach (34), of Dry Ridge was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the first degree (one count) and trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) second degree (one count).

8.    Rachel Beach (29), of Dry Ridge was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the second degree (one count).

9.    Alyna Storey (33) of Dry Ridge was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin) in the first degree (two counts). She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia from items located at the residence.

10.    Jimmie Green (62), of Dry Ridge was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the first degree (two counts). He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree (Opiates), possession of a controlled substance third degree (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia from items located at the residence.

11.    Angela Taylor (34), of Williamstown was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) in the second degree (two counts). She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree (Heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia from items located at the residence.

12.    Edith Austin (35), of Elsmere was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine first offense.

13.    Mikayla Jones (20), of Crittenden was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin) first degree (one count). 

14.    Jesse Vance (31), of Crittenden was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (Opiates) second degree.
Additional Individuals Arrested include:

15.     Bridgette Souder (20), of Dry Ridge was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree (Heroin), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

16.    Jerry Bastain (48), of Dry Ridge was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

17.    Thomas Holt (27), of Williamstown was charged with possession of a controlled substance (Heroin) first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

18.    Matthew Ryan (29), of Verona was charged with sell or transfer of a simulated substance first offense from a district court warrant.

19.    Justin McNerney (35), of Dry Ridge was charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500.00 from a district court warrant.
