Mother of teen killed in crash files wrongful death lawsuit

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The mother of a high school student killed in a crash two weeks ago is suing the driver.

Kim Johnson filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Larry Molloy.  Her son, Damion Henderson, was a passenger in the car Molloy was driving March 9th which crashed on I-275.
Henderson, who was a sophomore at Amelia High School, was killed after being thrown from the SUV.

Johnson is seeking 25,000 dollars in damages.  The lawsuit accuses Molloy of knowingly driving drunk and disregarded the safety of his passengers.
Police say speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.  Molloy has not been charged.
