Victim Knew his Alleged Killers

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (Brad Underwood) -- A murder investigation is underway in Warren County.

Two men are charged with killing 18-year-old, Justin Back.  He lived on Corwin Road in Waynesville where he graduated from Waynesville High School.  Back was getting ready to enter the military.

Deputies learned the teen had gone missing when they were at his home Tuesday investigating a burglary.  Investigators say Timothy Mosley and Austin Myers knew Back and had been at his home on Monday.  They believe the pair had returned Wednesday to rob the house.
When the two men encountered Back, Warren County Sheriff Larry Sims says they killed him.
"This was a very  brutal murder,  the victim had been choked, he had been stabbed and eventually shot," said Sheriff Sims.
Back's body was found in Prebble County.

Police have not officially charged Timothy Mosley of Dayton, Ohio and Austin Meyers, a man they list as homeless, with the murder.  Sheriff Sims says they will face a Warren County Judge on Thursday morning.
Investigators say the suspects took a gun and a safe from the home. At this time, police do not believe Back was involved in drugs.
"There does not appear to be any drugs involved in this. For all intensive purposes, Justin back was an innocent victim in this," said Sheriff Sims.
