Man Stabbed Multiple Times

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Oh (WKRC) -- A man is stabbed multiple times after an altercation with multiple people in Franklin Township.

Clermont County Sheriff Deputies received a call around 12:32 a.m. Sunday morning that a man showed up at the door of a home on Dunbar Road with blood on his hands and blood coming from his mouth.

Moments later dispatchers received a 911 call saying that there was a stabbing that occurred on Felicity Cedron Rural Road, a short distance away from the original call.

Deputies that responded to the scene on Dunbar Road found Jeffrey Reynolds Jr. who told deputies that he was assaulted by a group and during the altercation stabbed one of them.

Deputies at the Felicity Cedron scene located 21-year-old Dylan Farris with multiple puncture wounds to his chest, back, leg and head.  According to a witness Farris was stabbed during a fight that happened in the driveway of the home. After he was stabbed he went into the house and down into the basement where he laid down.

Farris was taken by Air Care to University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition.

After taking statements from multiple witnesses, investigators with the Sheriffs Office arrested Reynolds and charged him with Felonious Assault and booked him into the Clermont County Jail.

He is due in court Monday the 11th at 9 a.m.
