CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Here's what we're working on for Local 12 News this evening.

Cincinnati icon William Mallory, Sr. passed away today. He was the first African American to lead the Ohio House and held the position longer than anyone else. Jeff Hirsh has been covering the Mallory family for years. He'll have William Mallory, Sr's impact on the community at 4, 5 and 6.

A trip to Redsfest ends badly for a West Chester company, after thieves raid its trailer. Some valuable Reds memorabilia is now gone. Larry Davis tells us what was taken and how the company hopes a reward will lead to an arrest at 5.

The man who murdered 12-year-old Tina Jansen in 1978 was recently up for parole.  At 5:30, Deborah Dixon talks to Jansen's mother about the decision and how she was stunned Eugene Gall could be eligible for release.

The Colerain Township administrator is expected to recommend the end of Hamilton County sheriff patrols to the trustees at a meeting tonight at 6. Angenette Levy will be at that meeting with more on why the township may end its relationship with the sheriff's office at 6.
