Human Remins Found on I-75 Identified
KENTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A New Richmond mother has been positively identified as the remains found on I-75 in Kenton County in August.
Local 12 News broke the story that the remains along the side of road matched the time frame of Mindy Ingram's disappearance. Tests on dental records conducted at the Kentucky Medical Examiner's office made the positive identification today.
Family members say Ingram was a heroin addict.
No cause of death could be determined. Kenton County police are still investigating how she died, and who put her on the side of road.
