We all walk across the street to go to the store. He just happened to walk across on a bad night, neighbor Paris Van Benschoten told Local 12. He was a really good guy. A great Dad. He was always home with his son making dinner and making sure his homework was done. He was always willing to talk to somebody.
Van Benschoten says she cant believe the driver kept on driving. Stand up. You did this. You hurt somebody. You hurt a whole family. Theres a wonderful man gone and a son who has no Dad now.
