Man Indicted in Crash that Hurts Priest
HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A local man faces charges in connection with a crash that seriously injures a priest.
Thursday,a Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted Terry Haynes on charges of aggravated vehicular assault and vehicular assault.
Police say the min-van Haynes was driving crossed the center line on Fairbanks Avenue in Sedamsville earlier this month. It hit an oncoming vehicle driven by Father William Ollendick.
Court Documents say Haynes was under the influence of drugs at the time and had 11 open driving suspensions on his record.
