U.S. District Judge Denies Juvenile Court Judge's Request

A Judge denies Tracie Hunters request to be paid for the time she was not in office.

Hunter wants the benefits she would have received if her 20-10 election victory did not take 17 months to resolve.  She became Hamilton County's juvenile court judge after disputed votes were counted.

Hunter says she should have been there from the start so she should get the money she would have made.

She says that's $170,000.

But U.S. District Judge Susan Dlott denied the request saying it was filed to late.
