Reward Increased for Information in Mother's Murder

BROWN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- The reward for information in the investigation of a mother gunned down in her car in Brown County is increased to $10,000.

The family of Brittany Stykes set up a community reward fund. The Brown County Sheriff says business and people have donated $5,000 so far. That will be added to the $5,000 already offered by Crimestoppers.

Stykes was driving on Route 68 on august 28, when she was shot and killed. Her toddler daughter, Aubree, was also shot but is recovering. If you have any information, you're asked to call Crimestoppers at 352-3040. You never have to give your name. You can also call the Brown County Sheriff's Office at (937) 378-4435.
