Penguins send Lovejoy to Anaheim

Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - The Pittsburgh Penguins have traded defenseman Ben Lovejoy to the Anaheim Ducks for a fifth-round pick in the 2014 draft.

Lovejoy has played parts of five seasons with the Penguins after they signed him as an undrafted free agent in July 2008. The 28-year-old has recorded four goals and 21 assists in 98 career games, but has no points in three contests this year.
