Lightning pick up Jacques from Panthers

Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Lightning have acquired forward Jean-Francois Jacques from the Florida Panthers in exchange for future considerations.

Jacques has appeared in 24 games this season with San Antonio of the American Hockey League and has collected five goals with two assists.

The 27-year-old Montreal native has nine goals and eight assists for 17 points in 166 NHL games with Edmonton and Anaheim. He notched 12 penalty minutes in six games for the Ducks last season.
