Preds claim Butler off waivers from New Jersey

Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - The Nashville Predators have claimed forward Bobby Butler off waivers from New Jersey.

The Devils waived Butler on Sunday. He had a goal and an assist in 14 games for New Jersey this season after compiling 16 goals and 11 assists in 37 games for the club's American Hockey League affiliate in Albany.

Butler has collected 17 goals and 22 assists in 108 career NHL games with Ottawa and New Jersey.
