St. Paul, MN (Sports Network) - Minnesota Wild forward Cal Clutterbuck has been placed on injured reserve as he continues to recover from a thigh contusion.

Clutterbuck was hurt last Thursday after a questionable hit from Edmonton's Taylor Hall, who was assessed a major penalty for kneeing. Hall was subsequently suspended two games for the aggressive action.

The 25-year-old Clutterbuck has two goals and two assists in 16 games this season.
