Columbus, OH (Sports Network) - The Columbus Blue Jackets have placed forward Derek Dorsett on injured reserve.

The rugged Dorsett is expected to miss the rest of the season after suffering a fractured clavicle in the first period of Thursday's overtime win over Vancouver.

In 24 games this year, Dorsett posted three goals, six assists and a team- leading 55 hits.

The 26-year-old led the NHL with 235 penalty minutes last season.
