Recap: Oakland vs. Seattle
Phoenix, AZ (Sports Network) - Josh Reddick ripped a two-run double in the first inning to help push Oakland to a 6-1 victory over Seattle in spring training action on Friday.
Manny Ramirez and Collin Cowgill each had an RBI and a run scored as starter Graham Godfrey earned the win after striking out five and allowing just one run on two hits and a walk in 3 2/3 innings for Oakland.
Ichiro Suzuki finished with three hits and knocked in the lone run for the Mariners, while Hisashi Iwakuma was tagged for five runs -- three earned -- on seven hits and one walk in four innings in the loss.
