Court Rejects Sandusky's Appeal For New Trial

 UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania (WKRC) -- Convicted sex offender is not getting a new trial.

A Pennsylvania appeals court judge today denied his attempt to appeal his conviction.

Sandusky's lawyers argued that they did not have enough time to prepare for his 2012 trial. 

His attorney says he will now appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

The former Penn State football coach was convicted of 45 counts of sex abuse.  He is serving a 30-60 year prison sentence. Court Rejects Sandusky's Appeal For New Trial
