Newport Memorial Day Parade

The city's annual parade travels south on York Street to Sixth Street, turn east on Monmouth Street, go south on Monmouth Street to Tenth Street ending at Newport City Building. A ceremony honoring veterans follows.

Blue Ash to Celebrate 61st Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony

Monday- May 27: 10:15am - The parade will begin on Reed Hartman Highway and Cooper Road at promptly 10:15 AM. The parade will proceed east on Cooper to Kenwood, south on Kenwood to Hunt, east on Hunt and end at the Bicentennial Veterans Memorial Park on Blue Ash Towne Square. Military organizations, non-profit organizations, and various businesses will participate in the parade. A special ceremony will take place after the parade at approximately 11:30 AM, where Mayor Mark Weber will dedicate a commemorative stone tablet to Veteran residents who have lost their lives in combat.

Morrow VFW Post 8202 to Host 2013 Memorial Day Parade

Monday, May 27, 2013. If you' would like to walk in the parade, please line up at 10:00 am at the former Morrow Elementary School located on Pike Street. The parade will kick off promptly at 11:00 a.m.

The parade will make a brief stop at the bridge to honor the veterans lost at sea, then continue up Pike Street before turning right on Second Street. The parade will continue up Second Street passing the VFW on the right and stop at the cemetery. Once at the cemetery, the VFW members will hold a brief ceremony to honor all veterans who have passed. After the ceremony, all are welcome to come back at the VFW for a light lunch.

May 27 – 11am, The Annual Memorial Day Parade will take place on Monday, May 27th at 11:00am. It is sponsored by the Western Hills Veterans Council. The parade travels from Harrison & Frances Avenues to Harvest Home Park where afterwards a ceremony will be held.

St. Mary's Cemetery in St. Bernard

Monday, May 27, 2013. - The theme for this year is "Serving God & Country." There will be a mass at 11:00 a.m. followed by the Dedication of the new Columbarium, which is a receptacle for ashes to be placed, for those people, who wish to be cremated. We will also place a wreath honoring our military heroes past and present, during which there will be playing of the TAPS with a Color Guard.

Memorial Day, May 27, local residents will fight hunger among children and families by participating in the Freestore Foodbank's 10th Annual Hunger Walk and 5K Run.

The 3.1-mile walk and run will begin at 537 East Pete Rose Way at 9:00 a.m.

This year a new course will take participants across the Taylor-Southgate Bridge, through the streets of Newport, across the Purple People Bridge and ending at Sawyer Point, on the east side of P&G Pavilion.

Registration fees for the walk/run are $20, or $25 with a t-shirt

There are six missing Cincinnati youths on the Ohio Attorney General's website dedicated to missing people.

Now officials are hoping to gather new leads that could help them find these missing people.

You can click on the attached document to see these six highlighted youngsters. There are phone numbers included in the event that you have information that can lead officers to one of these missing people.
