Instead of a file photo of police lights, wouldn't it be more appropriate and more helpful to post one or more recent photos/mugshotsof the escapee? If a convicted rapist has escaped and is on the loose; for public safety I feel that his mug shot and or other photos should be posted in news articles so that people know can be better prepared to avoid danger and to be better able to identify and report report the suspect to the authorities.

Sounds like the clowns running this courthouse don't know squat about security. Why were none of the exits locked or guarded? Why wasn't the prisoner holding area guarded and the prisoner watched at all times when out of it?
