Good cheap early life lesson. I wouldn't dream of recording a youtube video at my place of employment and would fully expect to be fired for it. Yeah it's cute, it's fun, probably harmless, but that isn't the way the world works.

I think it's wonderful, and great publicity for the pool. They are fun, bright, and creative kids that shouldn't be working for that dumbass anyway.

My, my, what has college become? Why in my day, college kids would split a keg of beer. So what are they doing dancing at a public pool? :)
