Sherrie Jackson was just 14 when she gave birth to her daughter Tiffany.
When she thinks of her daughter now---it's not her smiling face that comes to mind.
She remembers only the crime scene and autopsy pictures.
"That picture you guys see back there, I don't see it no more."
This is the man Jackson wants to see remain behind bars.

This was Jeffrey Hubbard during a 1986 court appearance.
He was Tiffany's father.
21 years ago the Childrens Services Board removed Tiffany and her little brother from her mothers home because of concern about living conditions. She was placed in the care of her father but it was only 27 days later she was found dead on her fathers bathroom floor
Authorities say those in the house, walked over her body---just to go to the bathroom.
Tiffany Hubbard died a brutal death.
The autopsy report says the three year old was beaten with a board and belt over a course of weeks.
Gangrene set in---the infection killed her.
She had also been sexually assaulted.
"How a person could do this to a child is just incomprehensible."
Sherrie Jackson has enlisted the help of Butler County Children's Services to fight to keep Hubbard in prison. He's up for parole next week.
She says she felt powerless when she lost custody of Tiffany 21 years ago - she still does as she fights for Tiffany.
"I want him to stay behind bars he doesn't need to be free he doesn't need to roam the streets he didn't give her a chance to grow up, he doesn't need to be out.
If you would like to write the Parole Board, send a letter to the Ohio Department of Corrections. You should fax the letter to 614-728-1980 because the case could be heard as early as this week. Or you can send an email it to drc.victim.services@ odrc.state.oh.us.
