A Tri-State woman who allegedly hit a man with a car, then dragged him down three separate streets over the weekend appeared before a judge on Monday morning.

Colerain Township Police said 31 year old Brandi Lynn Stuntebeck hit Donald Brownlee on Saturday as he tried to stop her from leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident. Court documents state Stuntebeck hit Brownlee on Darbidew Lane in Colerain Township, then continued driving down Burgess Drive, and up Compton Road before he fell off the hood of her car.

Stuntebeck is charged with felonious assault, driving without insurance, speeding and leaving the scene of an accident. She was released from jail after posting a $15,000 bond.
