A woman was arrested Tuesday morning after an alleged hit and run incident in Over-the-Rhine.
Cincinnati Police said two cars collided in the 400th block of East Liberty street near Broadway just after midnight. The crash caused one car to flip over onto its top.
Police said the other vehicle took off, but was tracked down on Sycamore street. They arrested one woman, but her name has not been released.
No one in either car was seriously hurt.
