A West Chester man is locked up after he's accused of assaulting and kidnapping an Anderson Township woman. 21 year old Richard Schaffer allegedly took Patricia Bryant and her three year old son by force.
Court records indicate Schaffer took the woman and their preschooler from their apartment on Crotty Court and forced them to drive to his neighborhood.
Schaffer is being held on $20,000 bond.
