People are getting sicker and sicker and yet the "law" keeps letting them off with a simple slap on the wrist. It's becoming more and more apparent that the laws of this nation do NOT give a flip about the children. Casey Anthony walked away from murdering her baby. Christy Shaffer, of Indiana only did 77 days for the murder of 16 month old Alissa and now we have these pedophiles living the life in prison when in reality, they should have been sentenced to death!! The children of the US are quickly becoming obsolete and our laws sure as heck do nothing to protect them.

So since the kid was 16 and "asked for it" she only gets 8 years? Yeah, did you know it was her stepson too!?! Mom of the gosh-darned year right here!

Facing up to 70 years and getting 8? Huh?

good ole sparky chair would do them a world of hurtn payback and save all us honest and moral taxpayers alot of taxes!!

This is an OUTRAGE! Eight years!?! The legal system has, again, FAILED! I can't believe this! I am sickened and saddened.

So If your a teacher who has sex with children you walk with no 'real' penalty. If your not a teacher you face 70 years. Or maybe it's 70 years because a man was involved, or possibly it was the camera that makes it 70 years. Whatever it is, those teachers should have been facing the same penalty.

I can't WAIT for these two to go to prison. The other prisoners will be ready and waiting. These two better be kept in general population. Then, IF they survive that, public execution. Disgusting, vulgar, vile, EVIL, people. There is nothing redeeming about these two. My thoughts and prayers go out to the child that was put through this. My heart hurts for him/her. Hug your children tight tonight neighbors. And give them a couple of extra for the poor child that had to endure this abuse.
