OAKLEY - The Cincinnati Fire Department said a two-alarm fire at the Rock-Tenn Paper Company in Oakley caused about $10,000 in damage.
It happened just before 4:00 a.m. on Madison Road near Marburg Avenue.
District Fire Chief Gregory A. Potter said the fire started in the ventilation system of the one-story paper plant. At least 42 firefighters responded to the fire.
No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire was determined to be debris in the vents above the roller drying system.
