Tri-State Man Shot; Wrestles Weapon From Shooter

A man from Hillsboro is charged with felonious assault after police say he shot his neighbor.

The men were walking on East Walnut St. Wednesday when investigators said the shooting happened.

When officers arrived, they found the victim with the gun.

They said he had wrestled it away from Richard Williams after the shooting.

Williams is being held in the Highland County Justice Center.

I live here and that is not what happened. there was an argument and when williams raised the gun he pulled the trigger too soon the other man was shot in the leg it would have been a pretty good effort to wrestle the gun away the guy shooting was in a wheelchair

they were just walking down the street and one decided to shoot the other? No argument, no showing off, nothing? Where's the rest of the story?
