Serves 6
*2.5 pounds cooked lobster meat, Chopped
* 1 & ½ cups of mayonnaise
* ¼ Teaspoon of ground black pepper
* 4 stalks celery, diced
*Juice of 1 lemon
*1 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
*1 Split top bun
*Salted Butter (Melted)
*Green Leaf Lettuce (Cleaned)
*Lemon Wedges
Combine all ingredients. Let chill overnight
Butter sided of bun and toast in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Lay one leaf of green leaf lettuce inside bun.
Fill Roll with lobster.
Garnish with lemon wedge.
