A Cincinnati man is flown to the hospital by medical helicopter and four other men are hurt in a crash on Thursday morning in Butler County. Now the 18 year old driver is facing charges.

The car went over an embankment at the intersection of Hamilton-Mason Road and Gilmore Road just after 12:30 a.m. It hit a construction trailer before coming to a stop.

One passenger, 19 year old Alphonso Stevenson of Cincinnati was taken by Air Care to University Hospital.  The driver, 18 year old Anthony Martez Neal of Hamilton and three other passengers-18 year old Dylan Davenport of Hamilton, 20 year old Lester McDonald of Hamilton, and 18 year old DeShaun Burt of Fairfield were all taken to the hospital by ambulance. Investigators say their injuries are serious but not life threatening.

Neal was cited for not wearing a seatbelt, failure to control, and not having insurance.

No insurance? Yank his ability to drive untill he is 21..If you want to Talk the talk ya gotta walk the walk. He didnt and show lack of respect of the laws safety for himself and others on the road. With no regard to the cost

Lol...there is NO way they were dodging a deer! The skid marks point out that he was driving WAY faster than the posted 45MPH speed limit. He was flying down that narrow road, came over that hill and couldn't get stopped, slid through the intersection, over the embankment an smashed into a trailer! They're all lucky no one was killed.

Maybe, but he should have had insurance. Who is going to pay all of the medical bills?! (which have to be very expensive!)

They probably swerved to miss a deer there. The deer run all around that spot. I see them there almost daily.
