A man is under arrest after an early morning crash where police say the driver was drunk.

Cincinnati Police officers were called to Elsinore Ave. near Wareham in Mt. Adams just after 3 a.m. Friday morning.

Officers believe the man drove up on a wire causing the car to flip.

An officer handcuffed the man on suspicion of O.V.I.
