MADISONVILLE - A man arrested after a double shooting is due in court Friday morning.

Tyere Feagin, 20, is facing two counts of felonious assault.

Police said Feagin shot a woman in the face and then shot her boyfriend in the arm on the morning of February 26. Both are recovering from their injuries.

Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from an ongoing neighborhood feud.

Felonious assault? And we wonder why the gun violence keeps getting worse. He'll do more time for firing the gun in city limits than he will for ATTEMPTED MURDER. When are the Ohio legislators going to get their heads out their rears and change the law. How a woman being stabbed downtown is attempted murder and a man shooting someone in the face is only felony assault is mind boggling. Guess your family tree determines what charges are brought against the perp.
