SOUTH CUMMINSVILLE - A man will face a judge on accusations he broke into a woman’s home while he was armed.

According to court documents, police said 37-year-old Gilbert Cole brandished a firearm as he was committing a theft. It’s not clear yet what he allegedly took.

Cole was arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Jail on one count of aggravated robbery.
