In mid-December, 71 year-old Marty Farmer returned to his home on Fiddlers Green Road in Green Township to quite a surprise. Two men were inside and claimed they were utility workers.
Farmer knew something wasn't right. But before he could leave, he was beaten badly. He lost consciousness and suffered two cracked ribs, a broken tooth and a gash to his head. The men got away with Farmer's wallet and keepsakes from his time in the Marine Corps, including a broze star and a purple heart.
On Thursday, police released a sketch of one of the suspects. Farmer says the men who atttacked him were both black between 20 and 22 years old.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Crimestoppers at (513) 352-3040.
