Self Defense Presentation In Springdale Tonight
SPRINGDALE - A former Cincinnati Police officer and a Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputy will lead a self defense class on Thursday.
Debbie and Mark Gardner will present “Courage-Based Self Defense,” in Springdale. The presentation will focus on new crime survival skills and how to empower yourself in case of an attack.
The presentation will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Frame USA, Inc. at 225 Northland Boulevard.
EmpowerU is hosting the Gardners. They suggest a $10 donation at the door.
