A Port O Let would be a lot cheaper 'experiment' and yes, it would be less likely used for prostitution and drug activity since they are small and stink. What a STUPID idea - the city council need to focus on the basics needs of the city - like updating the sewer systems... They have no common sense and are destroying our city with one waste full program after another.

Poisond one you are so right why not take care of the homeless and the police and the firefighter who need a toilet for that kind of money that the taxpayer will pay for. And next election get rid of all the fool's on city council and the Mayor City Manager and please get people that care about the people of the city.

I agree with Jason, this is like flushing money down the toilet.

QUOTE: "Good news for those of you who walk or jog in Downtown Cincinnati late at night. You may soon be able to use 24 hour public restrooms." Meanwhile, the others can continue to use alleyways and the sides of buildings...

Such a waste of money, there is already a public restroom at the market.

Now I can officially say I am embarrassed to live in the Greater Cincinnati Area. All the money they are going to spend on a potty, but they can't help the homeless or keep police and firemen on the streets?
