Asian Tuna Wrap Recipe courtesy of the Rusty Bucket
Yields one wrap
Ingredients:
3 oz. Tuna Vegetables
3 oz. Seared Tuna
½ oz Salmon Glaze
2 T. Wasabi Mayonaisse
2 ½ oz. Sticky Rice
1 Spinach Tortilla
1 oz. Ponzu Sauce
6 oz. Tomato Cucumber Salad
PREPARE RICE AS DIRECTED. CUT SIDES OFF SPINACH TORTILLA. SPREAD WASABI MAYO FROM SIDE TO SIDE. SPRINKLE AND PAT RICE ONTO TORTILLAS. THEN LINE TUNA STRAIGHT ACROSS TORTILLA. TOSS TUNA VEG WITH SALMON GLAZE AND PLACE IN FRONT OF TUNA. GENTLY ROLL WRAP AROUND UNTIL COMPLETELY WRAPPED. CUT ON A DIAGONAL AND PLACE ON A PLATTER WITH RAMEKIN OF PONZU AND A SIDE OF TOMATO CUCUMBER SALAD.

18 oz. Carrots, Matchstick
18 oz. Cucumber, Julienne
12 oz. Red Pepper, Julienne
3 oz. Red Onion, Julienne
35 oz. Bean Sprouts, Crisp
3 oz. Cilantro, Julienne
3 each Green Onion, Bias cut
3 T. Sesame Seeds
SLICE ALL VEGETABLES AND MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY FOR USE.
