Well, now we have just been informed how to evade the Cincinnati Police: 1) run red lights and 2) drive faster than 20 MPH over the speed limit!!

The ONLY legitimate Peace Officers in the State are those elected by We the People! That would be the Sheriffs who LEGITIMATELY get their police powers from the people. The Sheriffs are charged with keeping the peace and defending our Constitutional Rights. They are accountable directly to We the People! If we are not happy with the performance of the Sheriff, we can simply elect another! All other “officers” are appointed by the government and receive their unconstitutional Police Powers from the government, NOT from We the People! They are accountable to the Government and NOT us! These PIRATES are hired to ENFORCE Uniform COMMEERCIAL Codes (UCC) for the purpose of generating income for the State. Traffic violations are heard in Maritime/Admiralty court where your Constitutional Rights do not exist! These Armed Bandits are extorting billions of dollars from America’s citizens every year while well-intentioned, (yet ignorant), citizens defend the double standard for these crooks. A badge is NOT a license to disregard the law. If anything these officers need to be held to a higher standard. A police chase over a bag of chips?! LMAO. Government does not NEED a police force! Stop raping the citizenry!!!

I am sorry - but it seems as if you are completely missing the point - IF the hooligans - ages 12-16 and at 5 o'clock in the morning had NOT been out - there would have been NO police activity needed! This has not one thing to do with 2 wrongs and a right, it has to do with cause and effect.

Sorry I forgot two wrongs make a right..That explans cops risking other peoples lives from speeding and running red lights. Kill somebody over a bag of chips..If I follow your excuse then there is no need for cops at all. And if they are needed its ok for them not obey the law either.

Old Lady - 10:46 AM - IF these 'children' had been where they were SUPPOSED to be at 5 am, and IF they had parent(s) that honored their committment & responsibility to raise & supervise them, then there would have been NO NEED for the police in the first place!

The police not following rules. Who could of guessed? Again putting everyone at risk because they are above the public they should be protecting. This is a case of bad judgement and makes you wonder if other choices this cop makes will be any better. Its a state of mind.

Prayer, I HAVE to ask, WHERE are Y'all from? I also have to ask anyone, what should the cop have done while chasing this car, stop and wait for the light to change? The rules must be different for male and female cops. I've seen them use everything ON the car just to get through a red light. Perks, I guess.

How about the parents of the girls not following proper parenting procedures, will they get punished for that? Only seems fair if the officer is punished for doing their job improperly that the parents get the same deal.
