A Terminator-inspired video has landed a Massachusetts high school principal in hot water.
The new principal made the video to introduce himself to the school, but his work may lead to disciplinary action.
In the video, Erick Naumann, principal of Everett High School, took on the role of "the Naumannator."
While the video was intended to be a joke, the images of a woman terrorized in the hallway, empty classrooms and a burning playground were too much for the superintendent.
He believes a temporary suspension is in order.
"When you're dealing with students, you're dealing with issues like this here, you need to give it thought," said Frederick Foresteire, Everett Superintendent.
Principal Naumann got a strong showing of support from parents at a special committee meeting, but Naumann knows there is a lesson to be learned.
"Everyone makes mistakes. I'm glad to see the support and I just hope we can move forward from this," said Naumann.
Ultimately, it's up to the superintendent to make the final decision.
