The Aunt left to get gas and the mother left to get drugs what is not clear here is who left the child locked in the vehicle with the alcohol and crack pipe? Did the Aunt leave the child with the mother and after she had gone the mother put alcohol in his bottle and give him a crack pipe to play with then leave to find drugs if so then there shouldn't be charges against the aunt except maybe stupidity for trusting her niece to take care of her own child.

HOW DO THEY KNOW HE WAS ALRIGHT. ADDICTS LOOK ALRIGHT WHEN THEY ARE HIGH. THE KID MAY HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL SO OFTEN HE IS ADDICTED. CRACK, MAN, IF THE KID HAD CRACK IN HIS SYSTEM FROM "CONTACT" HE COULD EASILY BE DELUDED AND WHO WOULD KNOW-HE'S ONLY 2 YEARS OLD! AND IF HIS MOTHER AND AUNT ARE DRUG ADDICTS, WHY WOULD ANYBODY ASSUME HIS FATHER IS A STRAIGHT ARROW? THE ANSWER: THE SYSTEM THERE IS TOO FULL TO TAKE ANOTHER LIVE CHILD. EH, IF HE DOESN'T MAKE IT THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM IN THE FREEZER AND NOBODY WILL HAVE TO FEED AND CLOTHE OR CARE ABOUT HIM THERE.

"possible child neglect and endangerment charges"??? If giving a kid booze and a crack pipe isn't enough to immediately know that these charges apply, then what does?

I wonder if there is a father. Give the child to a family that will love and nurture him. Neither the mother or the aunt should have anything to do with this poor child.

Those people that done that to that child should be charged with attempted murder!They gave a child alcohol! They could have died of alcohol poisioning! I hope the Father is a descent guy otherwise this child should be removed from all of these losers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
