Well at least there was an "eye-witness" that wasn't blind, deaf and dumb when asked for help by police. There might yet be help for folks trying to clean up their little part of the world... as long as they care enough to back the law they'll have my respect/support.

Hawaiian Terrace is or used to be primarily a Section 8 group of apartment complexes. The Section 8 program due to being run as poorly as it is tends to incubate, provide sanctuary for, and I believe even encourage criminal behavior.
