"Halal" does not mean religiously acceptable. It means that it was sacrificed to Allah! This country is SO ignorant about Islam, even in the most general sense, and it's dangerous! We remain naive in the name of tolerance, when the whole point of Islam is to conquer and force Sharia Law on the whole world.

Our media can write about a pair of shoes that are made of pigskin but they cannot report about a young nursing student who was raped and beaten BY 7 MEN on a bus in the capital of India. Why is that. Raping on women in India is not punished and hundreds and hundreds of women are raped and beaten every single day. It's okay for that to happen in our world but to wear a pair of pigskin shoes is wrong. Some folks are completely crazy. Of course the government may have made it impossible for us to see now.
