Why don't they just collect and enter it as they're bookin' them when they come in? Now the ones that got released,although I don't know WHY they were released being felons,can go do the same crime or worse and it could take years to catch them.Wonder who the BRAIN was that was incharge of THAT job?

This was just dumb-dumb-dumb and borderline criminal - hopefully heads are rolling from the TOP on down!

How much easier could it be, than to add "DNA filed" to the prison check out list ??? I'm sure that they dont just walk in one day and say, "See ya later, alligator"... There must be some kind of "checking out/pre-release procedure"...It's not like they dont have the free time on their hands at some point during their confinement....Wake up, ODRC, and "JUST DO YOUR JOB"...These samples can do as much to reduce "false" imprisonment as well as positive evidence for convictions....
