The Butler County O.V.I. Task Force will conduct a blitz Friday and Saturday, January 11 and 12.
Butler County Task Force Coordinator, Carl Phillips, states, "This is our continued effort to make sure the roads are safe and there are no unnecessary tragedies on our roads. Our mission is to save lives, and we will do our part to make our roadways safe."
Task force agencies along with Ohio State Highway Patrol will saturate State Route 129, throughout Butler County, to detect and deter impaired drivers.
Agencies that are not situated near State Route 129 will have additional officers scouring their jurisdictions looking for impaired drivers.
